Commercial license

The commercial license covers items you make with Tala generators. It doesn’t cover reselling the generators or their files.

TALA STUDIO COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Who this is for
Founding Members and Founding Patrons of Tala Studio, and anyone with an active Tala Pro or Commercial plan.
The license is personal to the account named on your copy. Your business can use it.

1. What you can do
Make, sell and give away the physical items and the files you create with Tala Studio generators: ornaments,
clickers, lanterns, lithophanes, signs, chess sets and the rest. Sell them in your shop, at markets, online,
or through your business. Making a file for a specific customer's order and sending it to them is fine.

2. What it does not cover
- Reselling, sharing or redistributing the generators, their code, or their template files.
- Selling generator output as a template, kit or file pack for other people to make from.
- Using the names or logos of Tala Studio, Clickaroo or Hop Quest to suggest we made or endorse your products.

3. Your content
You are responsible for having the rights to the images, words, logos and names you put into a generator.
This license does not give you rights to anyone else's trademarks or artwork.

4. Safety
If you sell toys or items for kids, you are responsible for meeting the safety rules where you sell them
(small parts, magnets, labeling and testing). Test fit and strength on your own machines and materials.

5. How long it lasts
Founders: for the life of the product. If Tala Studio ever shuts down, you keep your files, and items and files
you already made stay licensed. We will say so a year ahead.
Plans: while your plan is active. Items you made while it was active stay licensed.

6. No warranty
The generators are provided as they are, without a warranty. We are not liable for what you make with them,
beyond the amount you paid us.
